Function introduction
The slurry function is a special function developed for the flow signal jump caused by solidparticles in the fluid medium.
Compared with conventional electromagnetic flowmeters, there are the following.
Improvements:
- Increase the excitation frequency to 25Hz and increase the amount of raw data of the flowsignal.
- Improve the sig nal processing speed, so that the system can react the current flow signachanges in real time.
- Add filtering algorithm to improve anti-jamming ability of traffic signal.
Setting of Relevant Parameters
Filter type: Filter algorithm 1, filter algorithm 2, hybrid filter, none.
- Select filtering algorithm 1 to set filtering damping time.
- Filter algorithm 2 can be selected to set filter threshold flow rate and filter thresholdnumber. Filter threshold flow rate and frequency should be used in combination.
- Hybrid filtering is selected, and the system uses both filtering algorithm 1 and filteringalgorithm 2 for calculation. The parameters of two filtering algorithms can be set.
