Low Conductivity Electromagnetic Flowmeter

The low conductivity electromagnetic flowmeter is a specially developed feature to address the issue of excessive fluctuations in flow display caused by noise and interference signals due to low conductivity of fluid media. Compared to ordinary electromagnetic flowmeters, the low conductivity electromagnetic flowmeter can measure fluids with conductivity greater than 5μS/cm. During design, the following enhancements were made:
①. The excitation frequency was increased to 25HZ, increasing the amount of raw data collected for flow signal acquisition;
②. The signal processing speed was improved, enabling the system to respond to changes in current flow signals in real time;
③.
