The textile industry is a major water consumer in my country and a major wastewater producer and emitter. In energy conservation and emission reduction, water conservation in textile enterprises is of great significance. However, to save water, water metering management is essential.
1. In printing and dyeing enterprises, we should fully understand the significance of water conservation, enhance awareness of water conservation, and clearly understand that water conservation is an important part of energy conservation and reducing production costs.
2. To achieve the goal of water conservation, water consumption must be measured. Water measurement should comply with the relevant requirements of national standards, must be able to meet the requirements of quota assessment of each workshop and department, and also be based on the actual technical and economic conditions of the enterprise.
3. Modern technologies can also be used in water metering systems, such as remote meter reading, data summary and comparison, to simplify actual work.
