Electromagnetic flowmeters are suitable for measuring solid-liquid two-phase flow rates such as water-coal slurry, paper pulp, and mineral slurry because there are no flow obstructions or moving parts in the measuring tube. However, when measuring slurry flow, the solid particles in the fluid randomly rub against the sensor electrodes to produce random non-stationary slurry interference, causing the electromagnetic flowmeter to have violent fluctuations in the measurement results and fail to work properly . The slurry-type electromagnetic flowmeter developed by our company is specifically designed to solve this measurement problem and can stably measure slurries with different solid-liquid ratios.
