Metering is the basis, while charging and energy saving are the goals;
Accurate measurement is not of practical significance in air conditioning billing. The pursuit of too high accuracy will obviously increase costs;
What is important is that the system is stable, reliable and easy to maintain;
The essence of central air conditioning billing is the reasonable allocation of costs;
Central air conditioning metering and charging is first a management issue, and then an issue of metering equipment. It is a service system.
The situation of my country's heating system is complicated, and the requirements for heat meters are higher. The heat meter consists of three parts: flow sensor, temperature sensor and calculator.
National industry standard: CJ128-2007 "Heat Meter", compiled with reference to the European standard EN1434 (Heat Meter). The K coefficient method and enthalpy difference method are used. The biggest difference between the two standards is the different sources of the thermophysical parameters of water. The standard stipulates the accuracy of heat meters at levels 1, 2, and 3.
